Join storyteller Peter Chand on the Magic Carpet in the Forecourt for a journey to faraway places and magical encounters inspired by Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. Twenty-minute tales. FREE.

1-4pm Mad Hatter's Workshop

A drop-in family event. Come along and make an amazing hat fit for the Mad Hatter himself and explore the Ashmolean with our Alice Tea Party and Rabbit trails. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Education Studio, Lower Ground Floor, and all around the Ashmolean Museum. FREE

3.30pm - 6.00pm Mad Hatter’s frabjous tea party

Jam tarts, drink-me potions and eat-me cake.  Cost: £3.50 per child, £5.00 per adult, places subject to availability.
On the restaurant's rooftop grass lawn.
