by car

The nearest public car park is behind the Westgate shopping centre and can be accessed from Speedwell Street. City centre parking is limited, but Oxford operates a good Park and Ride system. More information

If you need to access Pembroke St itself by car, please be aware that the street is one-way, with access from St Ebbes. Please note also that Brewer Street is currently closed because of building work at Pembroke College. You need to access Pembroke Street via Albion Place and St Ebbes.

by train

The Museum is a 10 minute walk from Oxford Station. Trains run from London Paddington to Oxford approximately every 30 minutes and journey time is one hour. More information or call +44 (0)8457 49 50 for times.

by bus

Two companies operate from London to Oxford, Gloucester Green bus station: the Oxford Tube (Victoria, Marble Arch, Notting Hill) and the Oxford Espress (Victoria, Marble Arch, Baker Street). Coaches run approximately every 15 minutes.
