family events

We organise events to help children engage with and enjoy stories with their families and friends. These range from author events, to storytelling in shopping centres, and our annual extravaganza, Alice's Day, a one-day celebration of Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland with exhibitions, talks, activities and magical performances across the city of Oxford.

This  year, Alice's Day took place on 10th July. Visit our picture gallery to catch a glimpse of this magical Oxford day in previous years, and put 9th July 2011 in your diary for the next Wonderland celebration.

Our events for adults have included reading groups and a Big Read event with Joanna Trollope and Libby Purves.
