Oxford Botanic Garden

An afternoon of family activities, games and entertainment.
1pm-4pm Summer picnic: bring your own picnic and enjoy the garden where Lewis Carroll used to meet the Liddell family. Hear live music and crazed stories throughout the afternoon. Take part in family friendly art and gardening activities.

Find the mysterious gardeners tending their bizarre plants inthe historic Walled Garden and join in to create the performance’s finale.
This is the third year that Shiplake College's Mad Dogs Theatre Company has brought promenade theatre to the Botanic Gardens for Alice's Day. In previous years the company, from Henley, have performed a colourful Alice in Wonderland and the surreal Snark Hunt. The company has a reputation for developing some of the most unusual and challenging theatrical performances within an educational setting.
