About the event

This February, The Story Museum presents a special series of events and workshops, talks and demonstrations for children and adults, designed to intrigue and inspire. Get your creative juices flowing, learn new skills and have lots of fun with us this half-term!

SATURDAY 14 FEBRUARY

11.00 – 12.30 Sophie’s Kitchen: Made With Love: learn how to make edible Valentine’s Day gifts. Ages 8-12. £20 per child. Find out more.

11.00 – 12.30 Comics Club: Taster Session  with Neill Cameron (The Phoenix, How To Make Awesome Comics). Ages 8-12. £10 per child. Find out more.

14.00-15.30 How To… Be a Daring Detective workshop with Robin Stevens (Murder Most Unladylike). Learn to write fantastic detective fiction, then solve a case of your own! Age 9-14. £10 per child. Find out more.

14.00: Screen Tea: How To Train Your Dragon a screening of the film based on Cressida Cowell’s books. £2.50 per person on the door, including tea or a soft drink. Find out more.
