The Learning team at the Story Museum lead sessions for anyone who wishes to write for fun, held once a month on the second Thursday of the month.
Open to anyone interested in writing, from beginners to advanced, each session explores a different approach to creative writing, with a particular emphasis on using stories and different forms of art as stimuli. It is also an opportunity to share work in a friendly and informal atmosphere and explore the benefits of working with a mini writing community.
This group is part of the National Writing Project, which has been exploring the personal and professional benefits of teachers and educationalists writing together.
