A laugh-out-loud rhyming book that will encourage children to ask some hilarious questions.

Story

Curious frog wants to know where all the animals should sit and cat has all the answers. But frog doesn’t want to sit on a log. This story is full of rhymes and repetition to help young children engage and laugh at the hilarious ideas – do storks want to sit on forks?

Perhaps frog shouldn’t ask what dogs sit on…!

Why we chose it

The joy of this picture book is in the outrageous suggestions created by the rhymes – and the very satisfying ending.

Where it came from

Kes has 3 children and says that all three of them have provided content for his stories.

Where it went next

Oi Frog won the Laugh Out Loud Picture Book Award.

In 2019 London’s Lyric Theatre staged a singalong show, Oi Frog and Friends!
