The Galleries, Small Worlds and City of Stories are separately bookable experiences. Please select your chosen experience and the time you would like to visit. On the booking page you will then be given the option to select the group size you require. Booking is restricted to individual family groups/bubbles in line with social distancing guidelines. If you wish to visit in a household group of more than 6, please contact the Box Office.

Please ensure that you check the arrival time on your ticket carefully as entry is by timed ticket only and we may not be able to accommodate late comers. Tickets for our other events such as our Family Story Walks and skills courses can be booked via the What’s On section of the website.
