Welcome to the Story Museum
One day the Story Museum
will be a real museum celebrating children’s literature
and storytelling in the heart of Oxford. At the moment we’re
a ‘virtual’ museum, taking story performances,
exhibitions, activities and ideas to children and their adults.
We believe that stories are an important part of being human
and that spoken and written stories are especially important
for young humans. So we’re developing and sharing 1001
enjoyable, memorable ways to inspire and help children to learn
through stories as they grow.
